One unit is $935 + electric with heat, water, and basic cable provided. The second 2 bedroom upstairs unit is $875 + electric with heat, water, and basic cable provided as well.
We also have a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment available now. This unit is $850 + electric with heat, water, and basic cable provided with two lovely walk in closets.
